These were our objectives for the launch of RB’s ‘Game Changer’ employer brand campaign. Do they read like a dry grocery list? Yes. Did we let that deter us? No!

We knew that to attract talented individuals who stand out from the crowd we’d need a film that did the same. What we’ve achieved via skydiving, paddling pools of lube and a room full of screaming children is a cinematic representation of RB’s entire ethos. It’s passionate, bold and inspiring and has racked up 800 000 hits across various touch points in 6 weeks (and counting) and been nominated for a RAD award. How many companies get to say that about their recruitment campaigns?
