A simulated live band forms the basis of the tracks for this series of short films for GQ Magazine, in association with Zenith Watches and Range Rover. It's a raw and loose feel with the flaws you might expect from a real performance, including microphone feedback and the odd misplaced note.
Echoes of the previous night begin this track on a wet February morning. I then put the track onto the radio before it opens out once the coffee arrives.
I use the guitar here to reference the drops from the Brooklyn Bridge before going into a more driving riff and opening out to the main riff towards the end.
